FAQs About the NFL Positions Wheel

What positions are included?

All standard NFL positions: offense (QB, RB, FB, WR, TE, and the five offensive line spots), defense (DE, DT, NT, OLB, MLB, ILB, CB, FS, SS, NB), and special teams (K, P, LS, KR, PR).

What’s the difference between all the linebacker positions?

OLB (Outside Linebacker) lines up on the edges, MLB (Middle Linebacker) is the defensive captain in the center, and ILB (Inside Linebacker) plays next to the MLB in 3-4 defenses.

How random is the selection?

Each spin is completely random. Every position has an equal chance regardless of previous results.

Can I use this for fantasy football?

Yes! It’s a fun way to decide between positions when you’re stuck on a draft pick.

Is it free?

Completely free. No sign-ups, no limits, no ads.

Does this include practice squad positions?

This covers the 25 main playing positions. Practice squad isn’t a position - it’s a roster designation.
